Join us and learn mindfulness and meditation techniques that will have you feeling grounded, relaxed, and ready to feel your best in and out of the studio. Participants will learn a few simple meditative tools to access your inner wisdom, joy, amusement, creativity and intuition. In this class you will experience the opportunity to be grounded and the possibilities that open up for your creative practice when you turn the volume up on your inner voice and let go of the chatter and busy-ness of the world around us.
ABOUT AIMEE:
Aimee Sones is a professional artist, educator, and meditation expert. Aimee was born and raised in southern California, holds an MFA from the Ohio State University, her work has been published and exhibited nationally and internationally. She has taught at numerous institutions including California State University, Fullerton, the National School of Applied Arts “St. Luca,” Sofia, Bulgaria and the Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, Washington. Aimee’s passions include making art (mainly photographs these days), cooking, swimming and meditation. She believes that meditation unlocks the creative center within each one of us and looks forward to empowering people of all ages to access their intuition and inner gifts.
